You Are Seen

Welcome to You Are, a space for women to connect and form meaningful,  life-giving relationships.

As a community of restorytellers, we will begin to unpack who we are in Jesus as told to us through the pages of scripture as opposed to the messages we hear and the tapes we play over and over again in our heads. For some, we will restory who we are based on what God says. For all of us, we will experience new relationships and conversations that live this out and encourage us to walk out what we already have: freedom, grace, mercy, redemption, hope, love, and joy.

What you can expect:

  • Music & Art

  • Interactive discussion & Storytelling

  • Content that nurtures spiritual formation and provokes ongoing conversation

  • Contemplative space to hear from God

The Village Experience

At Journey, we long to create environments that eliminate barriers to finding deep connection with God and others. We call these soul environments: safe, intimate, and redemptive spaces for the soul to heal, restore, and flourish in community with trusted companions.

The Village Experience is the first step to joining a Journey Village.

You’ll meet together 6 times at Journey (plus a group Serve Experience) with people that we’ve pre-selected based on the information you provide for us.

At the end the Village Experience, you can either become a Village together and meet on your own, or you can come back for the next session of the Village Experience!

If you come back for the next Village Experience, the content will be new, so you can come back with your existing group or join a new one.

The Farm: Our Young Adult Gathering

We are a community of young adults who cultivate environments for connecting with God and others. To see the soul heal, restore and flourish with trusted companions.

We call our young adult gathering The Farm.

The Farm is a series of gatherings presented by the Journey Arts Collective for college students and young adults. We desire to cultivate an environment that allows you to connect with others in the arts and its associated industries. We hope to see each person responding to their skills and passions in the freedom of their true identity. We find our voice when we find His voice. Ultimately we want to be a ‘collective’ that responds to our God designed life.
Mar 20 - Session 1. Integrating faith, identity, and calling
Apr 3 - Session 2. First steps forward
Apr 10 - Session 3. The long journey
Apr 17 - FINAL Session 4. Heart, soul, and mind

Child Dedication

Parents! On April 29th during our weekly gathering, we will have a time for parents to dedicate their children to the Lord. This is an opportunity for parents to express publicly that their child belongs to God, and that they have been entrusted by God to raise their child up in the ways of the Lord, with the hope that he or she will come to faith in Jesus.

This dedication time is also a way for the Journey Family to join in prayer for the parents and child.

In addition to the Sunday morning gathering, there will be a class on Sunday the 22nd.

If you have any questions, please contact Lindsey.

The Good Shepherd Training Class

Interested in being a part of The Good Shepherd classrooms during our Sunday morning gatherings? Join us for our training class where will teach and equip you to aid our pre-schoolers through our own in-house curriculum that borrows from Montessori methods.

The Good Shepherd Experience is a uniquely designed community of little ones, specifically created knowing that young children have a great capacity to draw close to God. It is through the declaration of God's Word, liturgy of celebration, praise, worship, and prayer that we witness children respectfully working together as they contemplate their unique relationship with God.

With the knowledge that little hands are the instruments of the child's heart and mind, we help to equip you to surround the child with developmentally appropriate materials and work that inherently lead to a peaceful experience.

Classes will be every Tuesday night through the last week in May - refreshments will be served and no childcare provided.
